In addition, we have allergies, so we take reading labels seriously. We wanted to create a shop where people with allergies can be sent gifts without worrying about their safety.

We offer flexible pricing based on the scope of work, the contents of the gifts, and the complexity of sourcing the products. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. Premade baskets are paid for in full upfront at checkout in our online shop. For custom personal shopping and customized gift baskets/boxes, a down payment of half the discussed quote is required. Then we shop, curate the items, send you photos, build the basket, and ship or deliver to the address provided.

Since each basket or box is custom made specific to the customer’s wishes for the gift recipient, we do not offer refunds at this time. If your basket or box arrives with damaged content we will send replacements for the damaged items. Please send us photos with any concerns, and a human being will respond to you to resolve the issue within 24hours. Please note our business is in the state of Connecticut, which means we are in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
